Join us for the most magical time of the year!
Including one accompanying adult, a North Pole-themed breakfast sleigh for your little darling consisting of pancakes & Nutella, croissant, chocolate pastry, Petit Filous yoghurt, mini powdered doughnuts, fruit & a fruit shoot, pink lemonade or fruit juice plus elf lessons & a snowball fight! Not forgetting a visit to Santa on our stage area including a small festive keepsake gift.
We can cater for allergens & there is a box for this on our booking form, simply detail the allergens & we will do our best to accommodate, similarly if your child will only eat certain foods/snacks or doesn’t like butter etc. please let us know here! We would much rather work with you to make what they like & will eat than have your little darling upset or hungry on the day!
The boring bit!
Please ensure you sign in at the bar on arrival, This event is seated & we will let you know where you are seated & your table number. It is extremely important that you do not seat yourself as this will confuse table numbers & food orders etc. Please note some of our large tables have shared seating & these will be numbered with your seat allocation & pre orders at your seats.
Please also ensure that you let us know on booking if you wish to sit with friends. There is an opportunity to add this to your booking form & again with a note at checkout. WE WILL NOT be able to move people after online booking & it will 100% NOT BE POSSIBLE to move you on the day.
Visits to Santa will take place table by table, Please await an elf who will take you up for your turn, this ensures everyone gets their own visit. Please do not approach Santa by yourselves – if you do this you may be interrupting someone else’s visit & Santa will not be prepared with your child’s information & gift. If you do need to go back up to see Santa after your turn please inform a member of the team who can ensure this happens once all little darlings have been seen.
Please note baby spaces are offered as an add on only & if you book a baby space you will be required to visit santa with the person who booked a full price ticket. Our events are planned right down to the last second to ensure they are packed full of fun based on 18 visits to Santa. It is not possible to book a baby space and have individual visits to Santa for the babies.
The doors will open no sooner than 10 mins prior to the event start time, we understand you are excited! we are too but please do not attend early as the doors will be shut allowing us to clean, reset, take breaks & maintain the magic. We do our utmost to ensure that staff shift changes happen during these breaks but people arriving in excess of 30 mins early last year made it difficult to maintain the magic, especially as both our entrances/exits are via the front of the building, the last thing we want is your little darling(s) seeing a character leaving or arriving as themselves!
Please also plan to stay for the whole event (unless this is due to your child being upset, unwell or overwhelmed), You do not want to miss out on any magic & it is Incredibly rude when people leave the event while children are still visiting Santa, it makes them look like an after thought which they are certainly not. Working with Children for 10 years has taught me that we may run over, its inevitable that not every event will run exactly on time & to plan due to nervous little darlings. We are child led and would urge you to choose a car park with parking you can update via an app or ensure you have ample parking time incase we do run over. We will always carry out all planned activities & our elves will leave at the end of the event saying goodbye to signal it is over.
Please ensure that you provide us with all of the information requested, we will not be able to update information. We also will be unable to chase & add facts for Santa, if you do not provide this information on booking unfortunately your booking will be generic & led by conversation on the day.
Please do not send us a message on Facebook to ask to amend information, sit with friends or change dates. It will NOT BE POSSIBLE, all bookings are now going through the online system.
It is possible to add additional food to your booking at a later date 🙂 This can be done until 1st December Your email address is what we use to check all your booking info so anything booked under your email address will be put together when the plans are made.
We will not be able to provide breakfasts or lunches on the day it is pre order only. We will however have our usual snacks, treats, sweets & cakes available on the day along with a selection of cold drinks, alcohol & hot drinks which will be available in decaf & have Soya & Oat milk options, unfortunately we will be unable to offer almond as we have only one steam arm & need to avoid cross contamination.
