Our booking process is easy and intuitive, with clear instructions and transparent pricing. We offer a wide variety of options to suit your needs and preferences, and The Fairy Godmother is available to assist you every step of the way.


We will never accept a booking without having your fairytale character booked first, with this in mind It may take us up to 3 working days to check performer availability & confirm your party request … but please don’t worry while we do this your date, time & character are reserved.


Any amendments to your date, time or character will be discussed with you at your earliest convenience. 


Once your booking is confirmed by The Fairy Godmother you can expect prompt and timely responses regarding any changes or updates to your booking. Our team works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that your party goes smoothly, and we’re always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.


Before we can process your booking, it is a requirement that you read the attached documents and that you have agreed and acknowledged these before you submit your form.

Please note this will be used in the event emergency contact is needed and we cannot reach you on the main number, if a second number is not provided Darling Manor cannot be held responsible for lack of communication
Please always check with your venue & let them knoww we are attending, in most cases they will tell you the best time for our visit so you get the most out of your party! PLI can be provided on request.
30 minute visits are recommended for soft plays/parties with additional entertainment.
Please note in order to provide party prizes etc. we need to know the total number of children attending, in most cases this will not affect the cost of your booking. I acknowledge that there is max number of children per character and this may need to be discussed prior to my booking being accepted.
Please ensure this is the time you would like your character to arrive at your party & not your party start time, we may be unable to change this at a later date due to availability. Please also ensure you do not book your character within the first 10 or last 10 mins of your party to preserve the magic! If you are flexible please input your preferred date here & leave a note with alternative dates if applicable (space at the end of the form).

We like to tailor the party activities to your little darling, please note: activities must be character appropriate & we are not disco/party hosts. Mini make overs may be added at an additional charge on request.
We love working with your entertainers! let us know if you have any entertainment planned so we can ensure activities can be coordinated. Please also let your entertainment know we are are coming! I most cases they will tell you the best time to have us attend in order to get the most out of your party!
Note: your character will always park a little away from your venue so your little darling does not see them arrive or leave in a vehicle, please keep little ones away from windows and doors at the beginning and end of visits and let us know if you venue looks onto a carpark so we dont spoil any magic.
