Our booking process is easy and intuitive, with clear instructions and transparent pricing. We offer a wide variety of options to suit your needs and preferences, and The Fairy Godmother is available to assist you every step of the way.


We will never accept a booking without having your fairytale character booked first, with this in mind It may take us up to 3 working days to check performer availability & confirm your party request … but please don’t worry while we do this your date, time & character are reserved.


Any amendments to your date, time or character will be discussed with you at your earliest convenience. 


Once your booking is confirmed by The Fairy Godmother you can expect prompt and timely responses regarding any changes or updates to your booking. Our team works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that your party goes smoothly, and we’re always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.


Before we can process your booking, it is a requirement that you read the attached documents and that you have agreed and acknowledged these before you submit your form.

Important: Please note parties take place at set times:11:00 am -12:30pm; 1:30pm - 3:00pm or 4:00 pm-5:30 pm ONLY!
Please note there is no additional charge for printed invitations.
Please book the number of invitations you wish to hand out as additional requests for invitations may incur admin fees.

Create your Little Darlings perfect princess party:

Please choose your preferred character & only choose multiple if you would like multiple characters at your event (Please note additional characters come with an additional charge of £60 per character). Characters are subject to availability, if your chosen character is not available you will be contacted to discuss available characters.
Get ready with me includes an additional 30 mins with your princess prior to your party! Your little darling will choose their favourite dress from our Little Adventures range in store & head off to our boutique where her princess will paint her nails & give her a sparkly make over fit for a princess! Yours to keep: Chosen dress & Sash.
Note: there is no additional charge for this service, we provide the matches for lighting, will cut and provide napkins to wrap.
-Please note we understand this may change as you receive RSVP's, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for special requirements as we may not always carry a stock of free-from foods.

All of our princess tea parties are served on an elegant large table with white table cloth & runner, champagne glasses of pink lemonade & bowls of ready salted pom bears, party rings & grapes.
Allergen or dietary requirements? Little one doesn’t like butter on their sandwiches or only drinks juice & not fizzy drinks? No problem leave us a note & we will do our utmost to accommodate you & your guests! Please note: we understand you may not know of allergies etc until you receive RSVP’s please let us know at the earliest convenience of any dietary requirements.
If yes, please let us know exactly what you would like to cover so our team are prepared if you are not the first to arrive i.e. drinks but not cakes, snacks or alcohol etc.

If you would like to add a refreshment choice not listed or add refreshments from our normal menu to your bill please don’t hesitate to let us know on booking or ask a team member on the day!
I have read the terms, conditions and associated documents (PDF files) as provided on this booking page. If you do not agree, Darling Manor reserve the right to discard and cancel your booking. Note your booking is not confirmed until The Fairy Godmother confirms with you directly via the email address provided.
